The Perfect Gift

Dear Gift That Keeps on Giving,

By now, most people are deep in holiday mode –
shopping, searching, scrolling, hunting for that elusive “perfect gift.”

But here’s something I keep noticing:
So many people are racing around trying to buy something magical…
while forgetting they are the magic.

The most meaningful gift isn’t found on a shelf.
It’s found in our presence.
Our patience.
Our attention.
Our time.

A handwritten letter.
A slow cup of coffee together.
A walk around the block.
A homemade something.
A simple: “I thought of you, and I’m here.”

The perfect gift isn’t wrapped –
it’s offered.

So if the to-do lists feel heavy
and the sales feel endless
and the pressure feels real…

Take a breath.

You are the gift.
You always have been.
And the people who love you?
They want you more than anything you could buy.
